What Youll Do:

• Provide installation support for windows, doors, siding, roofing, and other home improvement projects.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet PJ Fitzpatrick's high standards of quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners.
• Travel between job sites in NJ, PA, and DE (must have relevant state business licenses).
• Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines, including lead safety for pre-1978 homes (Lead Certified preferred).

Legal & Licensing Requirements:

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) with PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC listed as an additional insured.
• General Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
• Workers' Compensation Insurance or exemption sheet.
• Auto Insurance (if operating PJ Fitzpatrick vehicles) with minimum coverage equivalent to General Liability.
• State business licenses for all locations where work will be conducted (PA, NJ, DE).

• Must pass a federal background check.

• Lead Certified preferred for window/door projects to work on homes built prior to 1978.
