About the Role

As a Stylist & Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand in-store. Your mission is to engage customers, demonstrate products, inspire confidence, and create memorable shopping experiences.

You will combine your passion for styling with your ability to connect with customers and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers in-store
• Demonstrate and showcase innovative products
• Inspire customers through styling sessions and product recommendations
• Create a premium customer experience that reflects the brand's values
• Drive product awareness and sales
• Ensure the retail area is always presented in an inspiring and professional manner
• Build strong relationships with both customers and store personnel
• Support daily store operations when required

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience from retail, sales, customer service, or similar environments
• Has experience as a stylist, advisor, or a similar role (preferred but not required)
• Is outgoing, confident, and enjoys meeting new people
• Has a strong service mindset and sales focus
• Is passionate about styling and innovative technology
• Takes responsibility and works well independently
• Represents the brand in a professional and positive manner
• Communicates fluently in Finnish and English

• Location: Stockmann Helsinki
• Position: Part-time Stylist & Brand Ambassador
• Working Hours: 4-10 hours per week
• Schedule: Primarily weekends and hours aligned with store opening times
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Employment Type: Part-time

You will be employed by NRG Agency and represent our client in-store. Before your first shift, you will receive comprehensive product and brand training.
