ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Stylist at MESHKI, you’re a specialist that will play a vital role in shaping the brand’s visual identity by curating and creating sophisticated, on-brand looks for all fashion shoots, campaigns, and events. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Content Manager and other team members to ensure that every outfit and accessory chosen aligns with MESHKI’s aesthetic and enhances the overall narrative of our collections. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of fashion trends, and the ability to translate the brand’s vision into compelling and visually stunning looks.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead the styling of MESHKI product across all visual outputs including e-commerce shoots, campaign shoots, editorial content, brand shoots and social media.
• Ensure every look reflects MESHKI’s refined, modern aesthetic while clearly showcasing the product.
• Partner closely with Design and Production to develop a deep understanding of each collection’s construction and key features, ensuring every piece is optimally presented and elevated on set.
• Take ownership of how MESHKI garments are presented across shoots, ensuring styling highlights garment features, silhouettes and versatility.
• Build styling moodboards for upcoming collections and pre-style looks for approval by creative leads.
• Prepare garments and accessories ahead of shoot days, including sourcing and purchasing styling pieces, organising samples and ensuring all looks are shoot-ready.
• Lead the day-to-day styling execution on set for e-commerce shoot and support campaign and editorial shoot styling.
• Apply product performance insights, sell-through data and customer behaviour to inform styling decisions.
• Maintain and organise the styling wardrobe, ensuring all accessories and styling pieces are tracked and accounted for.
• Manage and own the styling accessories budget and track spend against monthly allowances, reporting spend monthly to the Creative Content Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3+ years of experience in fashion styling, preferably in-house within a fashion brand
• Proven track record of creating high-quality, visually compelling styled looks.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of MESHKI’s brand values, aesthetics, and target demographic.
• Keen awareness of current and emerging fashion trends and the ability to integrate them into styling concepts.
• A sophisticated personal sense of style that aligns with MESHKI’s modern and elevated aesthetic.
• Experience and understanding of the US, UK and AU market and customer demands.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative styling ideas that elevate the brand’s visual identity.
