Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Styling Manager to drive the styling vision and operational excellence across a high-performing creative studio, shaping premium visual content for Harrods. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As Styling Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of styling across e-commerce and wider creative outputs including editorial and social content. Managing a large team within a fast-paced studio environment, you will ensure consistent brand representation while balancing high-volume production demands. Working cross-functionally, you will play a key role in evolving creative processes, improving efficiencies, and delivering visually compelling content that drives engagement and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all styling output across product categories, ensuring a consistent and premium brand aesthetic across e-commerce and creative channels
  • Manage and develop a team of stylists, driving high performance, creativity, and a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Buying, Trade, Art Direction, and Production to deliver impactful and commercially aligned content
  • Oversee studio operations including shoot planning, resourcing, and workflow optimisation to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
  • Drive innovation in styling and creative processes, leveraging trends, insights, and new technologies to elevate output and efficiency

This role is on-site 5 days a week at Harrods City Road Studio.

About You

You will be a confident and inspiring leader with a strong creative eye and a deep understanding of styling within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will thrive on managing complexity, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions. You will bring a proactive mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and elevate creative output while supporting and developing your team. You will be highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities, ensuring consistent delivery in a dynamic studio setting.

You will also have:

  • Proven experience leading styling teams within e-commerce, fashion, or a creative studio environment
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
