- Deliver in-store and regional training sessions, both individually and for groups, adapting delivery approach to audience level and learning needs
- Translate seasonal launches, collections, and key looks into practical, accessible styling guidance that store teams can apply on the floor
- Support the onboarding of new retail staff with foundational style, product, and brand modules
2. Customer Engagement & Selling Capability
- Train retail staff to engage customers through confident styling conversations and personalised product recommendations
- Build capability in style advisory and outfit-building skills, enabling staff to guide customers based on preference, occasion, and lifestyle - not just product features
- Coach teams on how to connect product stories to customer needs, driving conversion through informed and confident selling
3. Brand Standards & Retail Culture
- Champion the brand identity and values across all touchpoints of the training experience
- Monitor and support compliance with brand presentation standards - grooming, uniform, and in-store fashion expression - in collaboration with Retail Operations
- Drive a culture of styling passion and continuous learning within retail teams across assigned markets
- Identify and share best practices in customer engagement and styling excellence across stores
4. Content Development & Programme Maintenance
- Create and regularly update training materials, including lookbooks, styling guides, product decks, and facilitator guides - ensuring accuracy and alignment with each seasonal direction
- Collaborate with HQ teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Academy) to incorporate the latest product and brand inputs into training content
5. Training Effectiveness & Market Intelligence
- Conduct regular in-store visits and coaching observations across assigned markets to assess the application of training and identify capability gaps
- Track and report on training outcomes, including observations on staff performance, styling application, and customer engagement behaviours
- Provide structured qualitative and quantitative feedback to the L&D Manager and relevant HQ stakeholders
- Identify trends in customer behaviour or market context that should inform future training design
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a related field (Fashion, Retail, Business, Training or equivalent); trainer certification is an advantage
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a retail training, styling, or fashion education role - ideally within fashion retail
- Demonstrable knowledge of fashion trends, styling principles, and product storytelling

- Strong facilitation and coaching skills - able to engage and inspire retail teams at all levels
- Fashion-literate with a genuine passion for brand, style, and product
- Ability to translate brand and trend information into practical, commercially relevant training
- Analytical to track outcomes and identify capability gaps
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple stores or markets and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient in Canva, Excel, and design tools (Adobe Photoshop or equivalent)
