Cultivate client portfolio: further engage or reactivate existing client and identify potential to recruit to the CHANEL silhouette(RTW with accessorization)
Anticipate client’s appointment, prepare personalized wardrobe,and actively offer alteration service as The Chanel Difference
Together with seniorboutique styling roles, engage inthe appropriate rollout of Art of Styling appointments in the boutique
Be a key contributor to Boutique and Brand Events (linked to collection and styling): support the Style Expert during the event and in inspiring the rest of the team
Pamper all After Sales Service Clients and proactively suggest any other Chanel Service to enhance the overall service experience (home delivery…)
Contribute to qualitative boutique sales, promoting a silhouette, not only a product
Set the right plan in motion to successfully achieve individual and boutique targets
Promotethe Allure of the collection, the key inspirationmessages,and the relevancy of CHANEL RTW for every daywith a particular attention on the Key Fashion Pieces/Looks,through styling advice with clients
Support CHANEL accessories as part of the full silhouette working cross-categories
Suggest collection and cross-collection alternatives demonstrating products’ versatility
Be a role-model in Styling and inspire the boutique team (40%)
Spontaneously and passionately share knowledge & experience on CHANEL collection styling and Fashion overall
Work on a monthly plan with seniorboutique styling rolesto organize and support boutique styling activitiesfocusing on heritage and seasonal styling principles, Key Fashion looks/pieces’ styling and commercial objectives e.g., slow movers
Lead styling portions of morning briefings (ideal target at least x1 a week)
When relevant support Style Expert during styling moments for Fashion Advisors (ideal target x1 a week ~ group of 5 FAs)
Proactively assist FAs to prepare their clients’ wardrobe for their “RTW appointments” relevant toclient’s personality, style, and lifestyle; and provide professional feedback to FAs on their styling capabilities
Helpseniorboutique styling roles in identifying FAs with potential in styling to fuel pipeline of next generation of Style Advisors.
Continuously post qualitative looks on Fashion community and lead by example on dos and donts for styling and set-up as per Global guidelines
Provide clients’ insights and contribute to boutique buys in terms of styling (10%)
Give qualitative comments on the collection: from customers’ eye, team, and own feedback
During the buys: share own clients’ preferences and help build boutique buys preparing for client appointments building on the notion of sustainable client wardrobe(purposeful consumption)
Think silhouette: RTW and accessorization (incl. shoes) to promote the creativity of the collection and remain faithful to the spirit of the collection and the studio’s direction (major looks)
Participate in local post-buy debriefs
