Aufgaben

  • Sie sind hauptverantwortlich für die heilpädagogische Förderung einzelner Schülerinnen und Schülern und erheben deren Förderbedarf mittels Förderdiagnostik.
  • Sie beraten, begleiten und unterstützen Schülerinnen und Schüler, Lehrpersonen und die Eltern.
  • Sie erfüllen die weiteren Aufgaben gemäss Berufsauftrag für Lehrpersonen des Kantons Aargau.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den Klassen- und weiteren Förderlehrpersonen des Kindergartenteams zusammen.


Anforderungen

  • Sie haben ein anerkanntes Diplom als SHP oder sind in der Ausbildung dazu. Unterrichtserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind eine kommunikative, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Sie bringen kreative Ideen ein und unterrichten mit Freude, Geduld und Engagement.
  • Sie sind interessiert daran, die Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen und die individuelle Begleitung der Schülerinnen und Schüler liegt Ihnen am Herzen.
