What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of slot machines, cameras, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, including electronic and mechanical failures.
• Install new slot machines and update software as required.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Procure repair materials and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Train new technicians and support staff as needed.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve our processes.
• Provide outstanding support during gaming events and peak hours.
• Help foster a positive and engaging work atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with video cameras, IT servers, slot machines, ATMs, or similar equipment.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with others.
• Basic English proficiency (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
• A proactive and determined attitude to tackle challenges successfully.
