The Role

Abbey Road Studios is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Studio ServicesAssistantto support the day-to-day operation of our world-renowned studio facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the music, film,televisionor creative industries. Working closely with the Studio Services team, you will help coordinate bookings, support clients throughout their studio experience, and contribute to the smooth running of studio operations.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of projects and clients while developing commercial,operationaland relationship-management skills within one of the most iconic creative environments in the world.

What You'll Do

Support Studio Operations

  • Assistwith the coordination and administration of studio bookings

  • Helpmaintainaccuratebooking information within internal systems

  • Support the Studio Services team in ensuring sessions run smoothly

  • Liaise with technical,facilitiesand hospitality teams to help deliver an excellent client experience

  • Assistin resolving day-to-day operational issues and escalating where appropriate

  • Helpmaintainhigh service standards across all studio activities

Support Client Relationships

  • Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for client enquiries

  • Assistwith booking requests and provide information about studio services

  • Help build positive relationships with clients and support repeat business opportunities

  • Welcome clients to the studios and help ensure a positive experience throughout their visit

  • Support the team in preparing for client meetings and sessions

Commercial & Administrative Support

  • Support theStudio Services team on daily tasks

  • Support thepreparation of weekly booking and pipeline updates

  • Helpmaintainaccurateclient records and account information

  • Assistwith invoicing administration and client account queries

  • Work closely with Finance and Studio Services teams to ensure information is up to date

Business Development Support

  • Assistwithmaintainingclient databases

  • Support outreach and relationship-building activities

  • Helpidentifynew opportunities and emerging industry contacts

  • Contribute to commercial and marketing initiatives across the business

Who You Are

  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Interested in music, film,televisionand the creative industries

  • Customer-focused with a desire to deliver outstanding service

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Previousexperience in a customer service, hospitality, events,administrationor studio environment

  • An understanding of recording,productionor post-production workflows

  • Experience working with booking systems or CRM platforms
