As the welcoming voice and face of PRP, you will be the central point of contact for our visitors, clients, and team members. No two days are the same, but your core mission will be to ensure our studio runs seamlessly, looks immaculate, and feels like a fantastic place to work.
Front-of-House Excellence: Be the welcoming face and voice of PRP, managing incoming communications with warmth and professionalism to create an exceptional first impression. Operational Hub: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and coordinate logistics like couriers and transportation.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Help new starters settle in by preparing welcome packs, setting up desk areas, and sending out DSE self-assessment forms for ergonomic needs. Meeting & Collaboration Support: Keep our meeting spaces impeccably organised, handle room bookings, and ensure seamless video conferencing setups.
Studio Maintenance: Uphold the professional appearance of our reception, communal areas, post room, and stationery stores.
Team & Culture Catalyst: Be a true team player! Collaborate with the Social Committee, ED&I, and Wellbeing Groups to help orchestrate engaging social and charitable events that foster our vibrant culture. Keep staff noticeboards and the PRP Spirit folder up-to-date.
Facilities & Quality: Assist with overall studio facilities, coordinate with cleaning staff to maintain our high standards, and adhere to Q&EMS procedures.
Flexibility: Taking on any other ad hoc duties as required
