Contribute to our AI initiatives in Operations – working closely with the Operations Specialist to further develop and expand our in-house AI Assistant.
Help maintain data quality across our Operations Systems – ensuring that systems are designed to contain the right data and that the data inside them is kept up to date.
Support larger implementations of new systems in Operations.
Support users with continuous onboarding and training in the utilization of our systems.
Who you are
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or similar).
Genuine interest in system integrations, APIs, automation, and data flows.
Comfortable working with or eager to learn enterprise software, REST APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate or Copilot Studio.
Structured, self-driven, and able to take ownership of tasks and see them through with guidance from the Operations Specialist.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
We would love it if you had:
Experience or coursework involving system design, databases, or software development.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Power BI, or any HR/ERP/FP&A system.
Experience supporting AI-driven tools or internal knowledge systems.
