Studio Relations Coordinator

Department: Business & Legal Affairs

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Fully Remote in US

Reporting To: Roger Pollock

Compensation: $70,000 / year

To support our continued growth, we are hiring a Studio Relations Coordinator within the Studio Relations & Legal/Business Affairs team. This role is primarily focused on Studio Relations coordination and legal/business affairs support, with an additional department-wide administrative support component.

  • Supporting the Studio Relations & Legal/Business Affairs team through title rights management, legal coordination, and project support.
  • Providing administrative and organizational support across the Studio Relations department.

Key Responsibilities


Studio Relations & Legal / Business Affairs Support (Primary Focus)
  • Maintain, and quality-check the Global Title Database, including studio titles and associated rights.
  • Assist with legal research and project support.
  • Support NDAs, simple amendments, contract trackers, key dates, and database updates.
  • Review and update SharePoint contract summaries and internal trackers.
  • Prepare and format presentation materials, guidance notes, and internal documentation.
  • Provide ad-hoc support on Studio Relations initiatives and cross-team projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external studio contacts to ensure accurate and timely updates.
Department Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support across the Studio Relations department, helping to keep workflows, documentation, and processes running smoothly.
  • Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and logistics for the team as needed.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups when required.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal coordination and information flow within the team.
Additional Administrative Responsibilities
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as document management, record-keeping, and internal trackers.
  • Support development and maintenance of employee training records and materials.
  • Assist with contacting licensees regarding potential license violations, as directed.

Who are you?

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within entertainment, media, or a professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong data management capabilities.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); strong Excel skills preferred.
  • Familiarity with film and television studios and content is desirable but not essential.
