ABOUT THE ROLE

Algomarketing is partnering with our client to set up a dedicated MENA creative studio. The studio produces locally relevant, performance-led creative for Gemini, Google AI Mode and other Google products, with Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Egypt as primary markets and Morocco and Iraq as secondary markets. It covers two workstreams: original lower-funnel content built from scratch, and adaptation of global and regional campaigns for local markets. Brand strategy and big-idea concepts stay with our client’s lead agency; the studio owns everything from local origination through to resizing, formatting, and handoff to the media agency.

We are looking for a senior Project Manager to run day-to-day delivery for MENA’s creative studio. You will own client intake, briefing, planning and trafficking, and set up how the studio operates from the start.

The studio delivers performance creative for Gemini and Google AI Mode across KSA, Egypt, Morocco and Iraq, covering original content and adaptations of global and regional campaigns. You will be the main point of contact for our client’s stakeholders, the media agency and the lead brand agency, and you will keep a multi-market, multi-format pipeline moving on time.

Intake, briefing and planning

• Run client intake: capture requests, clarify requirements and turn them into clear briefs for the creative team.
• Build and manage production schedules across concurrent campaigns, markets and formats.
• Plan resourcing and capacity across copy, design and motion, flagging risks to timelines early.

Trafficking and delivery

• Manage asset versioning, naming and file delivery for 180 to 250 resizes per campaign.
• Coordinate final QA (language, brand, specs) and hand off assets to the media agency against the media plan.
• Track every deliverable through review, approval, and launch.

Stakeholder management

• Act as the day-to-day contact for our client’s marketing teams, the media agency, and the lead brand agency.
• Run status meetings, feedback rounds and approvals, and keep clear records of decisions.
• Manage scope and change requests, escalating where they affect timelines or budget.

Studio operations

• Set up the studio's operating model: intake process, project tracking, file structures and reporting.
• Work with the creative team to embed Gemini-enabled workflows that improve speed and throughput.
• Report on volumes, turnaround times and quality, and recommend process improvements.
• 7+ years of project, programme or traffic management experience in a creative agency, production studio or in-house creative team.
• Proven experience running high-volume, multi-market creative production, including localisation and adaptation.
• Strong knowledge of digital production: video, social, display (HTML5) and static formats, and media agency handoff.
• Experience working with MENA markets; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
• Confident with project management and workflow tools, and comfortable adopting AI tools to speed up operations.
• Experience setting up or scaling a studio, pod or new client team is a strong plus.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable managing many priorities at once.
• Clear, confident communicator with senior client stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver who spots bottlenecks and fixes them.
• Strong attention to detail across specs, versions and approvals.
