Studio Operator

The Studio Operator at Visioneers is responsible for the smooth operation and technical management of our video production studio. This role ensures that all studio equipment is properly set up, maintained, and operated during filming sessions, enabling high-quality content production. The Studio Operator will work closely with the production, videography, and technical teams to support the creation of premium visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and operate studio cameras, lighting, audio, and recording equipment before and during production shoots.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to studio hardware and software during operations.
• Assist directors, videographers, and producers with technical requirements to facilitate smooth production workflows.
• Maintain and organize studio equipment, ensuring it is properly stored and regularly serviced.
• Manage live streaming or broadcast setups as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols within the studio environment.
• Coordinate with post-production teams for seamless content handover.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a studio technician or operator in a video production environment.
• Strong knowledge of studio video production equipment (cameras, lighting rigs, audio systems).
• Familiarity with video capture and recording technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Basic understanding of live streaming and broadcasting tools is a plus.
