Studio Manager | Yoga Joint- Dr. Phillips

We are seeking a hands-on Studio Manager to lead daily operations, develop a strong team, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This leader drives membership growth, sales, retention, and operational excellence while creating a welcoming studio community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead membership sales, retail performance, lead generation, and member retention.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop studio staff through ongoing coaching and accountability.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, supporting the team and ensuring consistent service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and class coverage.
• Ensure studio cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
• Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, expenses, and operational reporting.
• Build community partnerships and support local events.
• Uphold company policies and partner with regional leadership and HR.
• Participate in at least two classes weekly to stay connected to the member experience.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of direct management experience.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales and business goals.
• Experience managing operations, budgets, and P&L performance.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for fitness, yoga, and member service.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills; ability to learn and train others on studio systems

Schedule

Flexible availability, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts. Managers work one full weekend monthly, take one full weekend off, and work Saturday or Sunday on remaining weekends as business needs require.

Yoga Joint was founded in 2010 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and expanded to a second Fort Lauderdale location in 2013.

The brand grew from those local roots into a boutique fitness concept combining heated yoga, fitness classes, and community. It began franchising in 2022 to support expansion beyond South Florida and currently has 22 studios.
