Studio Engineer NIO上海社招全职设计 - 汽车设计本科及以上7-10 年职位描述Responsibilities
Support the Design Studio from early sketches through to final surface release.
Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to identify, manage, and escalate issues.
Act as the interface between Design and Vehicle Integration Engineering to communicate design intent and resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with packaging standards and legal requirements.
Define and apply hard points, technical criteria, and inputs to guide design development.
Validate technical data before handover to Design and Modelling teams.
Assess feasibility and support the integration of components and systems within assigned vehicle areas.
Prepare reports evaluating design concepts against engineering and packaging criteria.职位要求Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in studio or package engineering; proficiency in CATIA V5 required (3DX is a plus).
Exterior role: Strong knowledge of BIW, exterior trim, materials, and lighting systems (supplier experience preferred).
Interior role: Strong knowledge of interior systems (IP, seats, doors), materials, and manufacturing (supplier experience preferred).
Solid understanding of global regulations (e.g., SAE, InterRegs) and vehicle packaging.
Experience in both production programs and concept development.
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills; fluent in English.
Ability to manage multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable with a willingness to learn and take on challenges. 投递
