Working closely with the Studio Manager, you will also gain hands-on experience in Instructor onboarding and development, upskills, events and member experience initiatives. This role offers meaningful opportunities to build leadership capabilities, expand your operational knowledge, and prepare for future growth at Midtown.
Compensation Range: Estimated total annual earnings range between $56,000 - $66,000, based on a blend of administrative responsibilities and up to 10 hours of weekly studio instruction time.
