Für unser HR Controlling im Bereich Personal suchen wir, befristet für 12 Monate, eine
Studentische Aushilfe* (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche).
Erstellung und Konsolidierung von Personalkennzahlen anhand vorgegebener Vorlage
Unterstützung bei der Durchführung des internen und externen Personalberichtswesens
Zusammenstellen von definierten Personaldaten und Informationen für überwiegend festgelegte interne und externe Reports
Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Auswertungen nach vorgeschriebenem Ablauf
Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen
Administrative Unterstützung des Personalbereichs
Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder ähnliches
Erste (Berufs-)Erfahrung in Form von Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder ähnliche Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich wünschenswert
Gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse (insbesondere PowerPoint & Excel)
Kenntnisse in SAP HR wünschenswert
