Deine Aufgaben:

  • Freundliche Begrüßung, Bedienung und Verabschiedung unserer Kund:innen
  • Korrekte Abwicklung von Kassiervorgängen
  • Beantwortung von Anfragen unserer Kund:innen sowie mögliche Weiterleitung an Kolleg:innen
  • Unterstützung bei unseren Serviceleistungen, z.B. Paketdienst, Geräte- und Transportverleih, Onlinereservierung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
  • ein freundliches Auftreten und eine hohe Kunden-/Serviceorientierung
  • hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Kassensystemen
