Job Description

Are you someone who enjoys creating great experiences for others, keeping things organized, and bringing positive energy into the workplace?

We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Workplace Operations & Experience team in Prague and help support the daily operations of our LEGO Trading office, home to approximately 120 colleagues.

In this role, you will become an important part of creating a welcoming, smooth, and engaging workplace experience for employees, guests, and visitors alike.

Maximum 80 work hours per month

What you will be doing

Front Desk & Visitor Experience

  • Be the welcoming face of the Prague office for colleagues, guests, and visitors

  • Support visitor reception and ensure hosts are informed and visitors feel welcomed

  • Coordinate parking reservations and allocation

Mail & Logistics

  • Handle incoming mail and parcel distribution and weekly internal mail distribution

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers such as DHL, DPD and others

  • Support larger deliveries and logistics coordination in line with building guidelines

Pantry & Workplace Experience

  • Monitor and restock pantry areas with coffee, milk, fruit, snacks, and other essentials

  • Help create a positive and welcoming office environment

Employee Engagement & Hospitality

  • Support employee celebrations, recognition initiatives, office events and engagement activities incl. coordination of catering and refreshments

  • Prepare welcome packages for international visitors and delegates

  • Assist with planning and on-site execution of office events and activities

What we are looking for

  • Has strong communication skills and a service-minded mindset

  • Thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment

  • Speaks and writes fluent English

Experience from hospitality, administration, customer service, or office support is a plus — but most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and energy.
