Women’s Basketball Student Employees provide program support on a daily basis, including practice, gameday, and offseason duties. Student Employees will learn the importance of teamwork and preparation, and will provide hands-on assistance to program staff.
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist with practice and gameday set-up
-Assist with drills and workouts, including clock operation
-Assist with equipment inventory and equipment laundry
-Various game-day duties as assigned
-General office administration
-Other duties as assigned, which may or may not include some travel
-Compliance with all NCAA and Baylor policies
Required Skills:
-Some experience with basketball skills
-Professional manner and appropriate attire are required at all times
-Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.00
-Availability to work mornings, nights, and weekends
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Able to self-motivate
