Are you a student passionate about video editing, digital storytelling, and multimedia design? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a global engineering leader while learning to work with the latest AI-driven video tools?

At Danfoss, we are looking for a motivated and creative Student to join our team in Ljubljana. In this role, you will help us turn concepts, scripts, and storyboards into engaging training videos, tutorials, and visual learning materials used by colleagues across the globe.

Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia (Hybrid / Danfoss Campus)

Position Type: Student Work (Študentsko delo). Flexible hours (approx. 15–20 hours/week, adjustable during exam periods)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Video production & editing: Create and edit engaging, high-quality training and enablement videos based on provided storyboards and scripts.
• Work with AI video tools: Produce avatar-led and synthetic video content using cutting-edge platforms like Synthesia and other AI-supported creative tools.
• Screen recordings & how-to guides: Record, edit, and polish screen-capture tutorials and software walkthroughs.
• Audio & subtitling: Perform basic audio editing, voice-over sync, and generate/verify video subtitles in English and other languages.
• Collaborative iteration: Work closely with enablement specialists and content creators, incorporating feedback to refine content.

What We're Looking For

• Valid student status: Active student status in Slovenia (veljaven študentski status) for at least the upcoming academic year.
• Storytelling & visual eye: A good eye for visual hierarchy, pacing, transitions, framing, and clean composition.
• Video editing skills: Practical experience with video editing tools. Personal projects, social media content, or academic portfolios are welcome!
• Tech-curious & agile: Enthusiasm for exploring and utilizing modern AI video creation tools and screen recording software.
• Language proficiency: Strong working proficiency in English (spoken and written), as you will work in an international environment with English-language content.
• Work ethic: Reliability, respect for agreed timelines, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
