Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour

This position assists the technical coordinators with providing technical and logistical support for a range of special events on campus. Prepares and checks event spaces to ensure that setups have been completed correctly. Must be able to lifts/carries/pushes/pull at least 50lbs, is able to be on their feet for long periods of time and have a basic understanding of PA systems, Video switchers and presentation software including PowerPoint, Pro Presenter, Zoom, Teams etc. Must also have a drivers license with a minimum 3 year driving record. Minimum 15 hours per week.

• Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative
• Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
