Work Schedule: 10-15 hours per week, Monday through Friday in 3–4-hour blocks of time each day.
Desired Length of Employment: Summer/Ongoing
Pay Rate: $9.51/hr
Key Components:
This role involves a variety of administrative responsibilities, such as computer-based tasks, handling campus mail, photocopying, completing campus errands, assisting visitors, and answering telephone inquiries.
Consistent and dependable attendance and professional conduct are required. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks independently while exercising initiative.
The ability to perform efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines is essential. Strong verbal communication and professional phone skills are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, as well as the capacity to quickly adapt to new software. This position supports office staff with general clerical functions.
