GU Leadership Team Student Worker
The GU Leadership Team student workers at The Simple Room serve as role models and mentors for local youth while supporting the mission of our Christ-centered community organization. They assist with planning and leading programs, building relationships with participants, and fostering a safe, encouraging environment. Student workers also collaborate with staff and volunteers to support events, outreach efforts, and day-to-day operations, developing leadership skills while making a lasting impact in the lives of children and teens.
Requirements
Current Greenville University student in good academic standing
Passion for serving youth and the local community
Commitment to The Simple Room’s Christ-centered mission
Reliability and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Openness to learning and developing leadership abilities
