Overview

The Professional and Graduate Admissions Office is seeking a high energy student worker who will serve across a variety of roles providing support including phone engagement, admissions support, document management, market research, and event/recruitment support.

This is an ideal position for someone who is a strong communicator and enjoys engaging with others.

The position is for 10 to 15 hours per week depending on the applicant’s schedule.

Job Summary

  • Assist Admissions Counselors:
  • Make follow up calls to prospective students who have requested information (no cold calling)
  • Provide reminders to incoming students who are finalizing requirements
  • Input notes and communication history into the CRM system
  • Assist with marketing research
  • Assist with Recruitment and Admissions Events:
  • Help prepare materials for events
  • Provide reminders and event information to those registered for events.
  • Organize and restock the marketing materials as needed
  • Assist with Partnership Development research
  • Assist the Office Manager:
  • Monitor incoming calls and re-direct as needed
  • Welcoming walk-in visitors
  • Scan and Upload documents
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications Qualifications

  • Strong in both verbal and written communication.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Committed to the Mission & Vision to MNU.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
  • Experience working directly with customers, sales, or in customer service (Preferred)
