You will be part of

You will join a larger project with stakeholders across the Nordic countries. You will work closely with the Project Lead and collaborate with colleagues from different functions and markets.

Your Everyday at Nexi

We are looking for a structured and curious Student Worker to join an ongoing project focused on accelerating and improving our partner track across the Nordics.

You will become part of a larger project team and work closely with the Project Lead as well as key stakeholders across the Nordic markets. The role will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in a cross-functional project environment, while contributing to improvements in processes, systems, and ways of working.

The role is particularly suited for a student who enjoys working with both data and processes, has an eye for detail, and is motivated by creating structure and making things work better.

The position is for 6 months, with the possibility of being prolonged depending on project needs and performance.

About Your Future Role

As a Student Worker, you will support the project team with activities related to improving and streamlining our existing processes and systems.

Your tasks may include:

• Supporting the review and improvement of existing processes
• Helping create structure and ensure consistency across systems and data
• Assisting with system clean-up and quality checks
• Performing and documenting manual checks where needed
• Supporting work related to commission processes and payouts
• Identifying discrepancies, following up on issues, and helping drive them to resolution
• Preparing analyses, trackers and models to support project decisions,
• Supporting the Project Lead and stakeholders with ad-hoc project activities

You will work with information and processes that are important to our partner setup, and your work will contribute to making our ways of working more efficient, transparent, and scalable.

What We Value in You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently studying at a university or business school
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and systems
• Enjoys working with processes and finding ways to improve them
• Is proficient in Excel, and preferably has experience building simple models to support analysis and decision-making; experience working with other business systems is an advantage
• Is not afraid of repetitive or manual tasks when they are important for getting things right
• Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
• Is comfortable working independently while also being part of a larger project team
• Has good communication skills and enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
• Has a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
