Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dean and staff with the operations of the Honors College
- Assist with Honors College events
- Assist with the scheduling and maintenance of all Honors College spaces
- Serve as primary ambassadors for the Honors College by hosting visitors and prospective students
- Manage front desk reception and communications such as phones, emails, newsletters, and social media
- Occasional physical labor moving boxes and equipment up to 35 lbs
Requirements:
- Must be an active Christian and an exemplary student with a deep understanding of the purpose and mission of the Honors College
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and digital productivity tools
- Must be self-motivated and a self-learner
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to new and changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Must be team-orientated with exemplary communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Must demonstrate skill in writing, editing, and visual media
