About the Team
You will become part of an international team of more than30Global Product Managers responsible for a broad portfolio of instruments, antibodies, software, and workflow solutions used in clinical anatomic pathology laboratories around the world.
Our teamis responsible forunderstanding market trends, evaluating business opportunities, supporting portfolio management decisions, and driving sustainable business growth. We work closely with colleagues across marketing, R&D,regulatory affairs, medical affairs,sales, manufacturing, and regional organizations worldwide.
As a Student Worker, you will contribute toreal businessprojects from day one while developing valuable analytical and professional skills in a global environment.
Your Responsibilities
Examples of tasks may include:
Analyzing market, customer, and sales data to generate business insights
Supporting the preparation of business reviews, presentations, and management reports
Supporting product managers with operational and administrative activities
Conducting market research and competitiveanalysis
Building PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Working with business intelligence tools
Organizing andmaintainingproduct, market, and business information
Contributing to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
The role will evolve based on business priorities as well as your interests, skills, and development goals.
We are looking for a student who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating in a global environment.
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, Life Sciences Management, Engineering Management, Health Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven decision-making
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Availability to workapproximately 10–15 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experiencewithdata visualization, or other business intelligence tools
Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or medical technology
Previousexperience from a student job, internship, or project work in a business environment
