Student Worker (Graduate) – Office of Disability Services
The Office of Disability Services is currently accepting applications for the position Student Worker (Graduate) – Office of Disability Services (ODS), located at IST Building, Room 1025 and is designed to support faculty in implementing authorized testing accommodations not easily provided within their classrooms.
The graduate student worker will work under the supervision of the Office of Disability Services to assist in the administration of institutional exams. Duties include administrative tasks, test proctoring, and interaction with examinees, faculty, and staff. Administrative duties include answering phones and emails, scanning, and copying, filing, maintaining testing schedule, and other clerical tasks as needed. Use of AIM, a technology resource that organizes communication for ODS is also an expectation of this role. The ODS graduate student worker will be trained to administer a variety of exams according to national testing standards to maintain integrity, security, and confidentiality of tests and examinees.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: 10 hours per week.
EXPECTED STARTING SALARY: $15.25 hourly.
