Core Responsibilities

Supporting the Global Marketing Planning Team across the workstreams;

Admin tasks:

  • Create andmaintainSharePoint site (project & team sites)
  • Create/build andmaintainaccess management to SharePoint sites
  • Maintain data and create data structure.
  • Maintaining infrastructure to organize shared folders and content forteamsin collaborating sites (exEventand CommunicationSites)
  • Support ad hoc in executing event/conference.
  • Support booking of meetings.
  • General supportfor ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Curiously take on ad hoc team tasks (e.g.projects inexecution ofevents/conferences, daily activities)

Do youhavewhat it takes?

  • It'sa requirement that youareenrolled in auniversityprogram (last year of Bachelor or 1st year of Master) within Marketing, Data/BusinessAnalyticsor similar.
  • Youarestructured andcanensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Itisintriguingto youhowand whyMarketing works.
  • Strong basic IT skills across the Microsoft suite (e.g.Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good understanding of SharePoint.
  • Ability to communicate information in a simple and visual way
  • Interest in learning new tools, or experience of,e.gAI, Power Apps
  • Confident working with data(and excel)
  • Solid process skills enabled by strong structure skills
  • Comfortable in reaching out to people
  • Proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent English (written and spoken)required
