As a Student Worker within Facility Management at Bosch, you will become part of a global team, working closely with experienced Project Managers and Project Engineers. You will work approximately 15-20 hours per week, gaining hands-on experience from real projects related to buildings, digital models, and workplace environments - providing you with a strong foundation in Facility Management within an international setting.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop your technical skills within CAD (Computer-Aided Design), BIM (Building Information Modeling), and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management), while taking on meaningful responsibility alongside your studies.

Some of your tasks could be:

  • Support Project Managers and Project Engineers in daily tasks and ongoing projects
  • Help create and update digital drawings of buildings (CAD drawings)
  • Conduct on-site inspections to collect data and ensure accurate digital representations of the facility
  • Perform measurements and produce photo documentation as a basis for CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings
  • Update and organize building data in internal systems (CAFM - Computer-Aided Facility Management)
  • Help structure and keep documentation of buildings up to date
  • Assist in building and improving 3D building models (BIM models)
  • Support the team with various activities within Facility Management and Global Real Estate

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and curious student who is eager to learn and grow within Facility Management. You enjoy taking initiative, working both independently and as part of a team, and are excited about applying your studies in a real-world setting. To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Are currently studying architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, climate engineering, building technology, building physics, or a related field
  • Have at least 1-2 years remaining in your bachelor’s or master’s studies
  • Are a proactive team player with strong communication skills
  • Have knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Are fluent in English
