A Day in the Life

Are you a curious and driven student who wants to understand how commercial strategy, communication, and innovation shape the future of healthcare?

Medtronic is looking for an ambitious Student Worker to support our Nordic Enterprise Account team and Nordic Commercial organization. This is an opportunity to step into a dynamic environment where strategy meets execution. You will gain hands-on experience with commercial initiatives, internal stakeholder engagement, and project coordination while working closely with colleagues across the Nordics and learning how a global Medtech leader brings new ideas to market.

Internship details:

· Start date: September 2026

· Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

· Duration: 12 months

· Working hours: 20h/week

· Working model: hybrid (2-3 day in the office )

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Communication & Engagement: Help create compelling internal and external communication materials such as success stories, newsletters, and LinkedIn content that showcase commercial initiatives and impact.
• Nordic team Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and delivery of Christmas meetings and Town Hall events.
• Team Coordination: Contribute to collaboration between Enterprise Accounts, Integrated Health Solutions, and the broader commercial organization by helping coordinate activities and information flow.
• Market Insights: Assist with gathering and summarizing insights on market trends, healthcare developments, and customer needs in the Nordic region.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.)
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal & written communication skills
• A proactive mindset, positive energy, and willingness to take initiative.
• A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine curiosity about a commercial orginaztion, and how commercial strategy creates impact.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once.

Pay range: 170 - 204 DKK gross hourly (depending on qualifications)
