Work Schedule: Flexible working hours, minimum of 4 hours total, with some availability on at least one weeknight.

Pay Rate: $10.00

Athletics Tutors support the mission of Preparing Champions for Life by permissibly assisting student-athletes with coursework and preparation for examinations in specified classes. Tutoring takes place in-person, either one-on-one or in groups of two.

Tutors are responsible for preparing for and holding sessions, completing necessary trainings, and submitting session reports. All of these activities are paid. It is expected that all Tutors uphold and encourage academic honesty and all other related policies.

Applicants should have a 3.0 cumulative OR major GPA and may work with courses in which they scored a B or higher.

All Tutors are paid $10 per hour.

• Assist students in a designated academic subject or discipline as needed
• Foster educational growth and development; identify educational needs and provide assistance as necessary
• Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
• Provide information and excellent customer service to constituents
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
