The Robbins College Advising Office is looking for the following skills & qualities in a work study student:

* Reliability. Work-study students must be at work at their specified times.
* Punctuality. Students must show up on time and leave at their designated time, not earlier.
* Ability to follow directions. Active listening when instructions are given
* Accuracy in work.

Priority will be given to students who can work both Fall & Spring semesters.

The Robbins College Advising Office is looking for the following skills & qualities in a work study student:

Reliability. Work-study students must be at work at their specified times.

Punctuality. Students must show up on time and leave at their designated time, not earlier.

Ability to follow directions. Active listening when instructions are given

Accuracy in work.

Pride in work.

Completion of assigned tasks in a reasonable amount of time.

Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude toward work.

Willingness to work. Ask if there is anything to be done rather than trying to avoid work.

Courtesy in answering the telephone or inquiries made in office by staff, students, visitors, etc. Always try to be of help.

Maintain CONFIDENTIALITY of the department. All records, especially student records, are to be held in strict confidence.

Provide general office assistance and support

Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information

Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information

Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed

Ability to comply with University policies

Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Special Instructions: Priority will be given to students who can work Summer
