Greenville University’s Office of Admissions is seeking a motivated, friendly, and dependable student worker to serve as the first point of contact at our front desk. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for prospective students, families, and campus visitors, while also providing administrative support to the admissions staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, prospective students, and families in a warm, professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries

Prepare materials for campus visits and events

Perform basic data entry and filing tasks

Provide support to admissions counselors and staff as needed


Requirements

Full-time Greenville University student in good academic standing

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented demeanor

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous office or customer service experience
