Key Responsibilities:
Enter prospective student information into the university’s CRM system (e.g., Slate) with accuracy and efficiency
Update and maintain student records, including contact details, application materials, and visit history
Assist with importing data from various sources (e.g., inquiry cards, online forms, test scores)
Scan, file, and organize admissions-related documents
Collaborate with the admissions team to complete time-sensitive projects
Maintain confidentiality of student information in compliance with FERPA regulations
Requirements
Full-time Greenville University student in good academic standing
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Comfortable working with data and computer systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision
