We are a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Student Worker This position reports to Production / Warehouse Supervisor and will work in Litchfield, IL.

About the position

As a Student Worker in Litchfield, IL team, you will be involved in assembling, packaging, and picking to fill customer orders. They play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production and distribution of products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall operations.

Your main responsibilities

• Assembles and packages parts to fill customer orders
• Picks and packs products as needed to fill customer orders utilizing cart or at the pack stations.
• Requires use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Availability – Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
• Physical Capability – Ability to lift and move objects of varying weights (e.g., up to 50 lbs).
• Basic Computer Literacy – Using scanners, inventory systems, or tracking software may be required.
• Safety Awareness – Understanding and following workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
• Reliable Transportation – Ability to commute to and from the distribution center.
