Your area of work:

The Client Services team accompanies our clients through their whole lifecycle with market-leading services: from contract processing, to preparing and ensuring correct billing, as well as providing support regarding contracts, invoices, and other related services.

We are looking to hire a Student within the Client Services Unit. In this role you will be responsible for administering Data Services’ client contracts and invoices. You will be processing all related client requests, with an emphasis on contract processing and billing support. In this role you will be troubleshooting and solving client issues and keeping direct contact with clients during this process

Your responsibilities:

• Customer support with regards to contract processing and billing
• Processing of internal and external requests related to contract management
• Interface between our team, accounting, other business units and customers
• Ad hoc support of the team with personal tasks and projects

Your profile:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree program in the field of Business Administration, Management or similar and have completed at least 2 semesters
• Relevant experience or internship in the field of customer support is an advantage
• Very good language skills in written and spoken English is required. German is a plus.
• Good command of MS Office
• Quality Focus and strong follow-up skills
• Attention to details, good analytical skills and ability to work independently
