
Registrar's Office
This position is part of the Curriculum and Systems Team in the Office of the Registrar. It is one of two positions which are collectively responsible for managing and maintaining the Banner Student module and connected systems. This position uses an enhanced and cultivated sense of logic and critical thinking to interpret academic, state, and federal policies, as well as operational business processes and procedures as they pertain to the functionality of the Banner Student module and connected systems. This position researches, tests, documents functionality of the systems, and works collaboratively with Academic Affairs, Admissions, Information Technology Services, Financial Aid, Office of the Bursar, Office of Enrollment Management, University Effectiveness, and other constituents. This position serves as a reliable source for comprehensive and authoritative information about the Banner Student module, connected systems, and their functionality. This position acts as a resource and trainer to Academic Departments, Deans, Department Chairs, and other constituents. Support and engage in Anti-Racism efforts pursued by the Office of the Registrar and the Enrollment Management Division.

Position Information and Work Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week,Exempt
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evenings and weekend work: rarely to not required
Hybrid schedule: 2 days on campus, 3 days remote
Travel: Occasionally for conferences
Salary for Announcement
We anticipate the qualified candidate to be placed between $52,934-$60,000 The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
