
Sask DLC requires a permanent full-time (1.0 FTE) Student Support Teacher. The campus location will be determined by the principal residence of the successful candidate. The grade level will be determined by enrolment.
Sask DLC is a Treasury Board Crown Corporation, created to deliver high-quality and equitable online learning programs to students across the province. Sask DLC’s head office is located in Kenaston, with an administrative office in Regina, and regional campuses located in Estevan, Kenaston, La Ronge, Moose Jaw, Meadow Lake, Nipawin, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Yorkton.
At Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre, we are committed to providing students with a quality online educational experience; an integral part of that being meaningful student and parent interactions. As an online instructor, you will work with students in an online environment and will in most cases, be the primary point of contact for our learners. We are looking to recruit teachers who seek to understand the challenges of online learning and strive to create real connections with our learners, bridging the distance between them.
The teaching assignment will include Student Support Services and other subjects scheduled in consultation with the school-based administrator with student services responsibilities. The Student Support teacher provides support to students with diverse needs, helps with differentiation of instruction to meet the needs of all learners and collaborates with classroom teachers and parents in supporting the needs within the school.
Experience in student support, diverse learning accommodations, online teaching or online program supervision would be considered an asset.

Saskatchewan Distance Learning Center (Sask DLC) is the provincial online provider for Kindergarten to Grade 12 online learning. We support K-12 students learning online full-time, high school students taking one or more online courses within their local school or adult learners looking to upgrade or earn their Grade 12. We offer more than 150 high school courses providing students with choice in their learning to explore interests and potential career paths, with unique electives like power engineering, tourism, autobody, forensic science, animation and IT fundamentals.
Grades 10-12
High school students can choose to study online full-time from home, or take one or more online courses at their local school. Sask DLC collaborates with schools across the province to offer high school courses that will fit class schedules and graduation plans. Kindergarten to Grade 9
