BGCSF offers student support and enrichment programs at Gateway High School (GHS) The goal is for every high school student at Gateway to graduate from high school with the skills, habits, and knowledge necessary for academic and personal success in college and beyond. The Student Support Coordinator will support two primary student programs: Enrichment Programs and Leadership Programs. Together, the two programs will ensure that students have strong academic instruction, wrap-around services and extracurricular activities. The Student Support Coordinator may also work closely with the BGCSF Site Director, Gateway Student Activities Director and other Gateway staff to support other student leadership and youth voice programs.
This position follows the school year calendar. This role offers 25 hours weekly during the school year, with the option of 6-8 weeks of work at another BGCSF Summer program. Hours will vary depending on programming and may include some evening and weekend work.
This position is benefits-eligible.

Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions inclu.ng but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and BGCSF needs. At BGCSF, our decisions are based on other factors and dependant on the circumstances for each position. Depending on the need and requirement of the position, an individual could be hired at or near the entry-level, mid-level or top-of-the-range for their role and compensation. As such, a reasonable estimate of the current range is $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
