Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary hiring range is up to $4,799 - $4,993 per month (Steps 1 – 3), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The salary range for this classification is $4,799 to $6,992 per month.
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Under the general supervision of the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Student Success Services, this position provides high-level administrative, operational, and programmatic support essential to the success of the Student Success Services (SSS) unit and its affiliated programs. The Student Success Services Analyst plays a central role in ensuring the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of administrative systems, student success initiatives, and unit-wide priorities.
This position requires strong judgment, discretion, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities span planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of complex projects and processes. The Analyst serves as a key connector across the unit, ensuring operational alignment, timely execution of priorities, and a high standard of communication, service, and professionalism.
A key function of this role includes planning, organizing, and coordinating student success events and programming designed to foster connection, morale, engagement, and belonging among students, staff, and campus partners
