GENERAL SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of nonacademic student programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Student Engagement & Holistic Wellness
Design, organize, and facilitate comprehensive workshops and training programs focused on student wellness, spirituality, mental health, and campus engagement.
Develop high-quality educational materials and digital resources to support program delivery and student outreach.
Stay current with emerging trends in student engagement and incorporate best practices to increase campus involvement.
Testing Center Operations
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Campus Testing Center, ensuring a secure and standardized environment for examinations. Implement new technologies and monitoring protocols to maintain the integrity of the testing environment.
Serve as faculty liaison and scheduler. Continuously evaluate and update testing procedures to respond to changing demands and testing formats.
Clinical Compliance & Regulatory Tracking
Coordinate campus-wide clinical compliance and mandatory student regulatory training.
Execute precise tracking of student requirements through platforms such as Vector Solutions, Verified Credentials and CastleBranch.
Maintain detailed, confidential student records and communicate weekly status updates to ensure all clinical site requirements are met.
Resource Management & Community Engagement
Direct the operations of Catherine's Cabinet and the Campus Garden, managing community outreach and resource assistance programs.
Assist in gathering student data and preparing reports to identify gaps in service or evolving student needs.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to secure additional funding or resources for student-led initiatives.
Performs related duties as required.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in student affairs, related field or a combination of relevant experiences.
Demonstrated experience program working in an office environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in a higher education environment preferred.
Salary Range: $43,000 - $49,000
