Accountabilities:

The Student Success Manager will be responsible for managing student journeys, maintaining strong family relationships, and ensuring successful execution of personalized academic roadmaps.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families, providing proactive guidance, support, and regular progress updates.
• Manage individualized student research plans, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule and aligned with academic objectives.
• Monitor student progress, identify potential challenges, and implement strategic interventions to keep projects on track.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders through professional and empathetic communication.
• Handle complex conversations, concerns, and conflict resolution scenarios with patience, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate closely with research mentors and tutors to ensure alignment between student goals, mentoring activities, and project timelines.
• Represent student and family perspectives internally, sharing insights to improve services and overall student experience.
• Track student progress using CRM tools and maintain accurate reporting to support smooth relationship management.
• Support client retention efforts by strengthening engagement, identifying opportunities for additional support, and encouraging long-term satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the quality of student services.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in student success, academic advising, education services, or program management, combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• 2–4 years of experience in student admissions counseling, academic advising, mentoring, customer success, or program management within an education-focused environment.
• Experience supporting high-achieving students or managing complex academic journeys is preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. college admissions processes and/or international education systems is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with academic advising topics such as applications, essays, extracurricular profiles, and student development pathways is beneficial.
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to engage diverse international audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities effectively.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, maintain professionalism with families, and handle sensitive situations with confidence.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify risks, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions.
• High cultural awareness and adaptability when working with students, families, and teams from diverse backgrounds.
