Core Responsibilities (2–3)
- Support plant IT and manufacturing systems by assisting with troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of applications used on the shop floor (e.g., scanning systems, quality gates, production tracking).
- Assist with data validation, reporting, and basic system updates to help ensure accuracy of production and quality information.
- Participate in small improvement projects, including updating documentation, helping test enhancements, and supporting process improvements across IT and operations teams.
Required Skills / Education / Experience (2–4)
- Currently enrolled in high school or college with interest in Information Technology, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, general troubleshooting, or familiarity with applications).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) (1–2)
- Exposure to programming, databases, or tools such as Power Apps, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Interest in manufacturing systems, automation, or process improvement.
