
The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, invites applications for a full-time Student Services Associate. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this position provides direct support to the Department Head, Associate Department Heads, Chief of Staff, Business Managers, faculty, & students. This position is the first contact for all incoming graduate students. The faculty and students (domestic and international) rely on this staff member to be there for assistance in orienting students to the department and act as an expert resource for a broad range of areas. Coordinates program acceptance, graduate offer letters, assists international students with required documents, compiles student data analytics, answers a variety of questions from prospective students, and ensures progression of processes. Inputs scholarship awards for undergraduate students in university system. Provides departmental administrative support as needed.
