Interactive College of Technology (ICT), an accredited two-year degree-granting institution with over 40 years of dedication to student success, seeks an Academic Advisor for our VESL Department. This role is vital in guiding students through their academic journey and career choices within our Vocational English language program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in working with goal setting.
• Motivated by achieving high student outcomes and success.
• Monitor and support student academic progress.
• Collaborate with faculty and management team to enhance student resources and success.
• Provide guidance and counseling to foster student engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of successful post-secondary education.
• Demonstrated commitment to student success.
• Strong communication and human relations skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
