Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day activities of the Office(s) of Residential Life & Student Conduct, including but not limited to answering phones, taking messages, answering emails, opening, and closing the offices, copying, data entry, making deliveries to and from various campus offices, providing lock-out coverage, assisting with key management, appointment scheduling, and greeting visitors.
  • Serve as a resource to individuals and connect them with campus and community resources. This requires responding to requests and seeking information to answer questions appropriately including questions regarding housing policies, procedures, and associated concerns.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Assist with various projects including contributing to or producing effective marketing materials.
  • Return to campus prior to and/or before the start of the fall and spring semesters for training purposes and/or extra support.

Required Qualifications

  • Applicant must maintain good conduct and academic standing (minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5)
  • Willingness to commit for entirety of the year
  • Return to campus prior to and/or before the start of the fall and spring semesters for training purposes and/or extra support.
  • Ability to work during breaks.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Prior experience working in customer service/office-setting preferred
