The Opportunity
We are looking for a Student Researcher (part-time) to join Wood Mackenzie’s Power and Renewables Project Tracking Data team.
This role will focus on data collection through structured research, supporting our global coverage of the power and renewables industry. Data professionals are the front line of our data operations, laying the foundation for industry-leading analysis.
The Student Researcher will work closely with colleagues across the Power and Renewables teams to support data coverage and ensure high-quality datasets.
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in data and energy markets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a professional research and data environment.
About the role: The global energy transition is reshaping power markets at pace—and the data behind it matters. Wood Mackenzie follows a hybrid work structure, however, during the duration of this internship, the successful candidate would highly benefit from being in the office frequently with the team and their line manager.
